According to the United States Post Office, the shipping deadline for Christmas delivery is Tuesday, December 18, 2006. To ensure that your order is shipped according to this deadline, please place your order before Sunday, December 17 at 11pm.
Late Shopper?: If you're a late shopper and would like faster delivery via FedEx or UPS call us at 919-847-4211 (between the hours of 10am and 7pm EST) and place your order by phone. Additional shipping charges may apply.
For International orders, the US Post Office deadline (for Christmas delivery) is Tuesday, December 11, 2006 EXCEPT for Africa and Central/South America which is Tuesday December 4th. International customers are advised to place their orders on or before this date.

Shipping Methods: All Domestic and International orders are shipped via US Mail. Delivery time: Please allow 5 to 14 days for domestic orders, and 2 to 4 weeks for international orders. If you are interested in UPS or FedEx delivery, please email BEFORE placing your order. UPS or FedEx service is available at an additional charge.
Questions: If you have questions regarding your shipment, please send an email to info@choicemerchandise.com. Be sure to include the full name that the order was placed under and the date that you placed your order. All emails will be responded to within 2 business days.
Return Policy: 1) If you receive incorrect or damaged merchandise we will send you a return addressed and stamped envelope/box for you to return the item in along with a replacement, at no extra charge to you.
2) If you wish to exchange an un-worn clothing item for a different size we will do so, but you will have pay the extra shipping in this case. We cannot accept exchanges on clothing that has been already worn. For exchanges such as this please call 919-847-4211 from 10am - 7pm EST to make these arrangements.
3) We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened and undamaged CDs or DVDs or undamaged posters, stickers, buttons, keychains, books etc.
