Shipping Methods: All Domestic and International orders are shipped via US Mail. Delivery time: Please allow 5 to 14 days for domestic orders, and 2 to 4 weeks for international orders. If you are interested in UPS or FedEx delivery, please email BEFORE placing your order. UPS or FedEx service is available at an additional charge.

Return Policy: 1) If you receive incorrect or damaged merchandise we will send you a return addressed and stamped envelope/box for you to return the item in along with a replacement, at no extra charge to you.

 

2) If you wish to exchange an un-worn clothing item for a different size we will do so, but you will have pay the extra shipping in this case. We cannot accept exchanges on clothing that has been already worn. For exchanges such as this please call 919-847-4211 from 10am - 6pm ET to make these arrangements.

 

3) We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened and undamaged CDs or DVDs or undamaged posters, stickers, buttons, keychains, books etc.
